Kanafileiden pinta kiinni pannussa. Perään kermaa ja creme fraichea, jos sattuu löytymään ja pientä potkua cayannepippurinmuodossa. Jos cayennepippuria ei satu olemaan, niin chilijauhetta saman verran. Myös sriracha tai vaikkapa sambal oelek ajaa saman asian. Niitä tietenkin maun mukaan, mutta tähän määrään sanoisin noin ruokalusikallisen riittävän kivasti.</p>

<p>Helposti valmistuva kanapasta on arkiruokaa parhaimmillaan. Maistuvaa ja täyttävää. Voit käyttää reseptissä kanan fileesuikaleita tai kanafileitä, jotka suikaloit itse sopiviksi paloiksi.</p>
<h2>Kermainen kanapasta</h2>
<p>4:lle</p>
<p>400 g kana fileesuikaleita maustamattomia<br />
2 rkl öljyä<br />
2 1/2 dl ruoanlaittokermaa<br />
150 g Creme Fraichea<br />
1/2 kanaliemikuutio<br />
1/4-1/2 tl cayennepippuria</p>

</strong>1.Ruskista kanafileet pannulla öljyssä.<br />
2.Lisää pannuun ruoanlaittokerma, creme fraiche, kanaliemikuutio ja cayennepippuri. Anna kastikkeen poreilla miedolla lämmöllä noin 10 minuuttia. Keitä sillä välin pasta.</p>
